The "shark fin" snagless style release makes it easy to insert and remove Cat X cables from patch panels and other networking equipment. These boots were designed to work with L-com's TDS8PC5 and TDS8PC6 shielded RJ45 plugs but will work with any .46"wide x .66" long sized plug.
